   What an awesome slideshow! Was that your family in the slideshow? They look like a wonderful group of people. Was that a deep fried lobster dish I saw? Do you have any info on how to make that dish? We live in Maine so lobster is a big deal. Happy New Year!

     Thanks! That is my family! We have been going to the same restaurant since I was 6. Can you believe it? I don’t think the owners can!

     I’m not sure how to make the lobster dish. I think that it is actually similar to this:

     For the cheese, it’s not a huge amount and isn’t readily identifiable in the taste. I suspect the restaurant uses that Kraft Parm in a green canister!

     I love lobster. And have always wanted to go to Maine!
